Saya Homes to invest Rs 200cr in new shopping mall in Noida
The SAYA Homes, a leading real estate developer of NOIDA NCR has announced an ultimate premium shopping destination, SAYA PIAZZA in sector 131 Noida.
Today on Sunday, Bhoomi Poojan has been performed at the site and project details have been revealed. At launch, the company has received a huge number of enquiries from the buyers who had shown their willingness in buying the project
The Highstreet project is architected by the country’s leading Brij Architects and is spread over 1.72 acres in Noida sector 131 on Noida Expressway. PIAZZA will have a total 300 shops with total constructed area of around two lakh square feet.
“The sectors like 129 and 131 are of high potential locations for real estate projects and it will stand out as the new high street commercial destination in Delhi NCR. We will invest another Rs 100 crore in developing the project. In sector 129, the commercial project with development potential of 1.3 million sq ft, will be completed in three years, while this retail project will be completed in two years,” said Vikas Bhasin, managing director of NCR-based Saya Homes.
