Aditya Alumina Inaugurated “Nirogshala” at Kansariguda Area
Tikiri/Rayagada: 21.12.2023 Pursuing the commitment to enhance healthcare accessibility and promote community well-being, Aditya Alumina, a greenfield refinery of Hindalco Industries Limited of Aditya Birla Group inaugurated a village health dispensary- Nirogshala at Kansariguda area on 21.12.2023.
The Nirogshala was inaugurated by Mr. Mazhar Beig, Unit Head & President, Aditya Alumina & Utkal Alumina in the presence of village community of surrounding area.
The newly established health facility aims to provide round the clock primary healthcare services to the community at their locality.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Mazhar Beig, said, “The Nirogshala reflects our commitment to the community on healthcare vertical. An ambulance will be attached to Nirogshala and it will be dedicated to the health emergency of local community. Based on the need, patients can be shifted to our Oshapada Hospital for further treatment”.
“This is the beginning of our commitment towards community development. Going forward, Aditya Alumina will be fostering varied CSR interventions in healthcare, education, livelihood, village infrastructure to contribute towards the socio-economic development of the community”, he added.
More than 500 villagers witnessed the event and acknowledged the effort of Aditya Alumina for the noble cause.
